An inside look at how we work at Royal IHC
The shopfitter is independently working on the manufacture of pipe pieces. You need to be able to attach pipe pieces and sign off components whenever they don't meet the guidelines. You identify derogations in drawings and carry out checks on measurements.
The hydraulic tester is responsible for performing test work on the hydraulic components, assemblies and systems. You calibrate hydraulic components, check functionality, fix small problems that occur during testing and you prepare the test reports.
As a pipe sketcher you work out the sketches of the pipe pieces within the piping systems, so they can be produced as efficiently as possible.
