IHC Hytech would like to measure customer satisfaction in relation to its service activities on an annual basis. In order to assess this in a fast, efficient and smart way, IHC Hytech needs a custom-built, digital solution that is ready for implementation and reuse.
Goal assignment or thesis:
- Development of a tool for the annual survey.
- A re-usable digital tool and first survey results in a report.
To be eligible for this position, you must have the following:
- excellent communication skills spoken and written in Dutch and English
- an online assessment and screening can be part of the recruitment process
- education in the field of Operations, Business Economy, Industrial Engineering
- specialisation in ICT.
