As an intern, you will carry out research on behalf of Royal IHC and document the company’s sustainable employability and health management activities and framework. This will be incorporated into a policy document. You will also prepare and audit the iHMQ certificate. This internship will be carried out within the Training department at IHC.
You will deliver an integrated policy document on health management/sustainable employability.
As part of the Health Management internship, your activities will include the following:
• office-based research
• retrieving information from other departments and employees through interviews
• elaborating on information in the policy document to which the audit is tested.
The internship will be carried out over a minimum of 24 hours a week and starts as soon as possible.
To be eligible for this position, you must have the following:
- an educational background in health management or a similar discipline
- a proactive nature
- a flexible nature, with the ability to adapt to different tasks.
