As Project Manager at IHC IQIP, you will be responsible for the project from sales to delivery with order values of up to 10 Euro million per project. Depending on the size, you may be required to manage several projects at the same time. In this role, you will cooperate closely with our customers and various departments, such as Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Production, Rental Fleet, and Finance. In your team, you will be responsible for the OSBIT (on specification, budget and in time) delivery of projects. You will do this through a structured approach to team leads who are responsible for contributing to the project.
As Project Manager, you will have an eye for potentially conflicting interests, and have the ability to adjust your communication style to specific situations. You will always manage to get the right information and are able to reach agreements. As Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management office together with other project managers, back office staff, and document controllers. In this role, you will report to the Manager Projects of IHC IQIP.
To be eligible for the role of Project Manager, you must have:
- a higher vocational education (bachelor) in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering
- formal project management training (for example, IPMA or PRINCE II)
- approximately five years of experience in a similar role in a technical project-based organisation
- knowledge of KPI-based performance management
- effective communication and negotiation skills
- hands-on, go-getting and team player approach
- fluency in English, both written and verbal.
