For the Document Control department, we are looking for new team members eager to learn and develop themselves, as well as contribute to the growth and improvement of the department. In this role, you will be partly responsible for projects, as well as for departmental development. During the project work, you will manage both internal and external stakeholders by maintaining documentation flows. This includes collecting information (manuals, certificates, etc), assessing the collected items, filing documentation in the portal and updating the information on standard documentation. Communication with internal and external stakeholders will be part of your daily activities, in order to support the process and progress of a project. The Document Control department also has the responsibility to deliver a product. Our product is customer-focused and should meet their requirements in terms of usability, traceability and completeness. The development of this product is also an important part of the job where you should constantly look for improvements to satisfy the customer. Experience is not a requirement, more important is the contribution you can deliver in terms of a positive mindset, energy and a can-do mentality. You must also have an affinity for processes and technology. You will be coached and trained by a senior document controller. We are seeking for new team members who can make a contribution by carrying out the operational work within the team and have a drive to improve. To be eligible for the position of Document Controller, you must have
- a positive mindset and can-do mentality
- maximum 5 years of relevant experience in Document Control
- a flexible attitude
- knowledge of administrative processes
- an affinity with technology
- excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
