Field service
Royal IHC field service is active worldwide to support our during their daily operations. We have a network of service engineers to perform commissioning, training, fault diagnostics and technical support on Royal IHC equipment and vessels. Our team consists off dredge masters, commissioning engineers, electrical engineers, hydraulic engineers, mechanical engineers and automation engineers.
Our technical engineers carry out service, repair, test and/or maintenance activities (mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical) on (Royal IHC) equipment, according to customer requests, specifications, quality standards and service planning, in order to ensure safe service, repair, test and/or maintenance activities, both locally on the (Royal IHC) premises as well as at the customer’s location.
Commissioning
Royal IHC's commissioning engineers develop plans and execute commissioning, testing and calibration activities and/or operational and/or repair/maintenance activities, in line with customer requests, specifications, quality standards and commissioning planning, in order to ensure safe technical commissioning and/or operations of (Royal IHC) equipment, both locally on the (Royal IHC) premises as well as at the customer’s location.
Dredge Masters
Royal IHC's Dredge Masters complete commissioning requirements as well as sea trials, vessel hand over to customer, operational support and training on the complete range of Royal IHC products. They do this in line with customer requests, specifications, quality standards in order to ensure safe professional operations of (Royal IHC) equipment, both locally on the (Royal IHC) premises as well as at the customer’s location.
