SIMEXMIN 2026 is the 12th edition of the Brazilian Symposium on Mineral Exploration, taking place from 17 - 20 May 2026 in Ouro Preto, Brazil. The event brings together professionals from the mining industry, academia and government to discuss the latest developments, challenges and future opportunities in mineral exploration and mining.

The programme includes technical sessions, poster presentations, networking opportunities, short courses and discussions on innovation, sustainability, investment and new exploration technologies. SIMEXMIN is recognised as one of the leading mineral exploration events in Latin America and will also celebrate the 30th anniversary of ADIMB in 2026.
