The Staffing department within Royal IHC is responsible for hiring flexible personnel within the whole organization. The Staffing department ensures that hiring contracts for external employees and self-employed persons are drawn up in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Royal IHC general terms and conditions apply to all our hiring contracts and collaborations.
Hiring flexible employees
The Staffing department takes care of the entire hiring process (search, find and contract) and will provide a selection of candidates to the hiring manager. The hiring manager determines which candidate will be hired. The Staffing department then takes care of the contracting (conditions and rates), possible IT resources and other administrative processes, so that the candidate can start at Royal IHC.
Royal IHC has opted for a partnership with Magnit Global B.V. for contracting freelancers in The Netherlands for their expertise in this field.
