Vessel and component repairs can be carried out by our highly skilled experts, who have extensive OEM knowledge and logistic process expertise. Our experts can assist you with the removal of worn out or defective components, as well as the installation of replacement components. Our aim is to get your equipment up and running again as fast as possible.
We also help you to manage complex repairs. We can prepare for, supervise and execute repairs, while reducing costs and keeping lead times as short as possible. Your equipment will be overhauled at either our worldwide in-house facilities or one of our global OEM workshops. All our services include, but are not limited to, Royal IHC products.
We can supervise the execution of a total docking programme, including logistic and engineering support. Our docking management starts with an intake survey in order to define the scope of work, and advise you on which parts or equipment need to be repaired or renewed.
Our specialists use their years of experience to assist you with planning, in order to perform the job within the available time and budget. This plan forms a guideline for tendering and executing repairs. We can allocate a docking/repair manager who will be responsible for all aspects, from initial docking to final delivery of the ship.
